Breakfast was very good on Thursday, Friday the eggs were not up to par, just OK. The staff were friendly and helpful. TRU is one place that we like to stay when we come to the Lancaster area.

1st in the room we had no dresser, or a coffee pot. My wife and I are handicap. If want change clothes had open oyr suit case. For a cup coffee had to go down to lobby. Next had to ask for towels and wash cloths. I never stay here again.

The Room felt neglected. The staff were unprofessional. The pool had a mix smell of chlorine and sulfur (garbage like). Various families came to the pool with their kids in bathing suits, all of them complained and none of them were able to stand the horrid smell.

I’d not stay there again. It was not Hilton quality at all. Pictures of rooms on thr website looked way larger ( the angle the photos were taken are deceiving . The rooms were just boring. We got sick from the wall fan we both woke up with sore throat’s that went away after leaving the hotel. Rooms were not clean dirt on the corners/edges of the floor/stained floor, stained sheets and comforter, hallway smelled like urine, pool was ice cold and there was an over abundant smell of bleach in the pool area. Yogurt machine was empty by 8:15 and never replaced. Employee clothing- they wear sweatshirts and teeshirts looks unkept and lazy. This is not Hilton quality.
