Wouldn’t chose to stay again, but may have to for soccer tournaments again. Breakfast & bar food was sub par. Room is dated but does the job, pool is ok. But for what you pay, the value is poor.

Great location!!! The pool area was amazing and perfect for families, with a nice small splash pad for little ones. We had a pool-facing room with a great view. The hotel also offers both indoor and outdoor pools, which was a plus. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance and outlets next door. The only downside was that our room was not ready at check-in and we had to wait about 70 minutes past the 4 PM check-in time. Also, the balcony door did not fully seal.

Hotel was clean , staff was friendly and helpful. We especially loved the pool. The one complaint I do have is that by the pool the towels that are given are very small and cannot cover your entire body. We had to grab multiple just for one person. Other than that the hotel was gorgeous, room was clean and spacious. Definitely would stay here again, not sure why there is so many negative reviews.

We paid two nights and were very excited to spend 4th of July in this property, but no hot water in the bathroom, room was very unclean, A/C was making terrible noises, pool was disgusting, etc etc,…, so we left the very next day. We supposed to stay two nights, but we couldn’t wait to wake up next day and leave. We used to go in this property few times, but this time was nightmare. Nobody from the stuff helped in anything.

Property seemed deserted after the weekend. House keeping only came 2 times during our 5 night stay with NO notice that they weren’t coming. We had to ask for the second “room refresh”. Nice room just creepy feeling being deserted.
