I made a reservation for a king non-smoking room. Made it very clear we were traveling with a pet. When we checked in we got two queen beds on the third floor. The person behind the desk was very uncaring and said that this was the only room they had. Another chain we stay at gives us a king on the first floor. Never BW Plus again.

Quick overnighter
Checkin was courteous, efficient, and professional. Room was readily accessible and clean with all expected amenities. Window AC unit was noisy. DirectTV channel selection is excellent, but I had to keep increasing the volume every time the AC unit kicked on. Good hot breakfast (but you could lose the sausage links and just keep the patties).

It was a nice location how ever we asked for a quiet room and we got a room right along the freeway. Not the best night sleep but we made the best of it

We travel frequently and I always look for Best western or Holiday Inn express. This is a nice best western. I appreciated the fruit to pick from at check in - we were starving. Its the little things. Breakfast was amazing except one thing = NO Flavored creamer. I haven't been to a free breakfasst hotel with no flavors of coffee creamer in a long time. This would be so easy. Its one thing that was very disapointing.

I liked the gym was 24 hours. The chocolate waffles were amazing ! They had great breakfast options. It was quiet. Staff was nice and helpful And they had a water fountain that was awesome. You could fill Your bottles with purified water. And the heater worked great in the room! I have no complaints
