Room wasnt cleaned very well when we arrived. There was hair in the bathroom and floor, as well as a use condon wrapper. There was a big rip in the bottom bed sheetand it took two days for someone to change it out. Staff, for the most part, were friendly.

The rooms all have adjoining doors to the next room which offer no sound proofing leaving you at the mercy who get back to the hotel at midnight and don’t go to bed until 3am. Not enough overhead lighting to see in closet or kitchen. Annoying lights in sockets which stay on all night.

We had a great stay at Polo Towers! Great location, good amenities with microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge in the room. They have a gym and a roof top pool + hot tub. All that with a super friendly customer service and more than a REASONABLE price for Vegas!

My room had a pull out sofa bed- the springs were broken so my son slept on the floor and we had to wait almost an hour for the bedding that was supposed to be in the room. Then I had asked to add a night when I checked in but when that day came, I didn't have a room. I had to pack up, check out, put my luggage in storage and book another room through expedia. Was not the best trip. Location is excellent though.
