Slamming doors Dog parking Excessive text messages Elevator noise Dirty rooms Loud thumping noises Staff parking in front Front desk didn’t answer. Mailbox full People racing down the halls after 10pm Called front desk from cell about dog barking and hallway noise and they said there’s not much we can do. When I check out I let that staff member also know and she said “ok I will release the hold on your card. Have a good day”.

Our room thermostat was too high for me to reach and change because it was placed high, especially for a handicapped room. The room was very cold. The attendant on duty couldn't help because she is alone working. I suggest that this policy change at all properties, I don't think it is wise to have only one staff on duty.
