The Hotel was totally misrepresented. Dirty. Noisy. My shower only had scalding hot water which made it impossible for a proper shower. When I told the front desk she said sorry. Sleep was interrupted all night with other guests knocking on doors.

After being woke up and harassed by the front office claiming we weren’t who we said we were we ended up leaving the hotel at 2 in the morning. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.

We were woken up at 12:45 in the morning accused of identity theft and being in the wrong room by the front office. They called us asking of our ID at 12:45 in the morning. We were very uncomfortable as we weren’t sure it was the front office or someone from the general public. Eventually, the police were called. After being interrupted from our sleep 5 times by staff being rude and accusatory we need up leaving the hotel at 2:00 in the morning. I’ve traveled many times and I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully.

the carpet was filthy and the beds were uncomfortable and broke down. the noise level of other guests was terrible. we got no quality sleep.and we will not be back!
