Broken toilet paper holder, but we just put it on sink counter. I made the mistake of waiting until 8:30 am and shower was cold. Gentleman (Demetrius) who checked us in was very personable and efficient.

The room was not clean as it should be. I just cleaned it and removed a lot of long black hair from all over the tub. Looks like it was on the cloth usef to clean with because, it was drug all over. I told the desk clerk and said I had cleaned it and she just looked at me? The handicap handheld shower needs a place to hang it on turn on and off from near the seat area. There is too likely of a fall from getting up and down off the bench while trying to shower.

Stay was nice, clean room and the breakfast was pretty decent for a hotel continental breakfast. Service was always nice and greeted us when we walked into the lobby. My only complaint was we had taken the “do not disturb” sign off our door after 2 days of having it on in hopes of getting our room picked up and new towels and they never came by to service our room.

The parking lot was spacious for our work trucks, and breakfast always out on time. Employees were kind. My room felt like the AC unit could not keep up with the humidity, and the freezer was always sweating. My work papers and clothes felt damp
