There are no amenities… $200 a night u get two bottles of water and two warm cookies. You have to pay extra for breakfast.. Tiny fridge no microwave no robes no down blanket key card doesn’t work to access the pool and no hot tub.

Room was fine but noisy neighbors kept us up past 3am. Walls were pretty thin. Plus, I paid for early check-in and late check-out but that apparently wasn't available, and I did not receive credit back.

The room was very clean and well stocked. The front desk staff was really nice and even though the system was down they got us checked in without too long of a wait. The bed was comfortable and the pillows super soft. If i ever need a hotel in Leominster again i would book here.

Room was very clean and fully stocked. Bed was very comfortable and hotel was quiet even with a youth sports tournament filling most of the rooms. Maid service was courteous, gym facility was nice as was the pool. Front desk service was thorough and professional. Lobby is lovely, bar was great and breakfast was delicious. Would absolutely stay again!

The staff was fantastic, both helpful and friendly. Great amenities (although I didn't get a chance to use all of them). Brand new exercise room equipment; very nice indoor pool; cozy bar. Really, the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because the room was a bit stale. Old carpeting, unstable toilet, and faulty shower faucet, for example. However, the entire hotel is being refurbished currently, so these will all be taken care of!
