Memmo Alfama is a hidden gem off of a main road with the number 28 tram bustling by. It is steps away from the Lisbon Cathedral going down the hill, and a short walk to the top of the hill with an instagram worthy Miradouro. The view on the terrace is amazing, and the friendly attentive staff are always nearby for a drink or food.

Memmo Alfama is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in in Europe. We loved our time there. The staff were friendly and helpful. The decor is pleasing and well thought out. There’s a nice little gym and pool; everything immaculate. The terrace is a great place to sit with a drink any time of day and particularly at night looking over the city.
