Nous avons passĂ© avec mon amie un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able ! Manuela Ă©tait disponible et le logement Ă©tait idĂ©alement placĂ© dans les hauteurs de Lisbonne. Le logement est Ă©galement trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, confortable et calme. Je recommande 😉

Appartement trĂšs fonctionnel situĂ© dans un Quartier trĂšs calme. Il est bien Ă©quipĂ© et convient parfaitement pour dĂ©couvrir les charmes de Lisbonne. La proximitĂ© du tram 28 est trĂšs pratique. Il est Ă  noter que l’escalier qui dessert l’appartement ne convient pas Ă  des personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite. Il est assez raide. L’accueil de Manuela est top ses conseils trĂšs utiles pour dĂ©couvrir le quartier et la ville. Je recommande.

Lisbon stay

The property is very clean and nicely decorated. The laundry was a bonus and the bed is very comfortable. Two things to note though is you need to go up multiple flights of incredibly steep stairs so not appropriate for people with mobility issues, and there is no air conditioning. We went during a heat wave so it was hot, but otherwise would be fine.

Gute Lage, schöne Wohnung, keine Klimaanlage :/

Es war sauber, die KĂŒche hatte alles zu bieten. Das dritte OG ist nichts fĂŒr Ă€ltere Menschen oder jene, die irgendwie beeintrĂ€chtigt sind zu Fuß. Es gibt leider keine Klimaanlage. Das war eine Herausforderung.

Great Third Floor Apartment in the Heart of Sintro, Lisboa, PT

Host is fluent in English, Portuguese and probably a few other languages. She is very helpful assisting US expats like myself to transition to life in Portugal, and owns several apartments in the building. Obviously, it is not handicapped accessible, but for any able bodied person, and especially young couples - even with children - is it a great and inexpensive find. I live year-round in Portugal in no small part because of the convenience of this apartment and the help of the host.

Genial fĂŒr einen Stadturlaub

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtviertel Graça, direkt an der Grenze zur Altstadt Alfama. Die Lage ist genial fĂŒr einen Stadturlaub. Entlang der Straße aufwĂ€rts kommt man schnell zu Fuß in die Hauptstraße „Largo da Graça“, wo man zahlreiche Restaurants, BĂ€ckereien, Bank und Supermarkt findet. Entlang der Straße nach unten kommt man schnell zum Bahn- und Busbahnhof „Santa ApolĂłnia“. Die Ferienwohnung ist geeignet fĂŒr ein oder zwei Personen, sauber und ruhig, perfekt fĂŒr sich Ausruhen nach einem Tagesausflug in die Stadt. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung entspricht dem Preis und alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Gastgeberin Manuela ist freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung kann ich nur empfehlen.

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

FĂŒr ein Paar oder zwei Personen, die sich sehr gut verstehen, ist diese Ferienwohnung ideal! Sie ist ganz oben in einem alten Haus in einer kleinen Seitenstraße gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Man schlĂ€ft in einem Doppelbett (2 Matratzen, eine große Bettdecke) und hat ein kleines Bad mit sehr guter Dusche und einem Außenfenster. Die Wohnung ist hĂŒbsch eingerichtet ohne ĂŒberladen zu sein. Von dort aus ist man schnell an einem sehr gut bestĂŒckten grĂ¶ĂŸeren Supermarkt, vielen kleinen LĂ€den, Restaurants, der Haltestelle fĂŒr Straßenbahn (28) und Bus, und nicht weit, um zu Fuß einen Teil Lissabons schon von „zu Hause“ zu erkunden. Manuela ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Meine Tochter und ich haben unsere Tage in der Wohnung genossen und uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt! Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was great, the space was nice and the owner kind and very responsive. We didnt personally use the kitchen, so I cant say a lot about that. For us as a couple in our twenties it was perfect.

Cute flat in Campo de Santa Maria area

Dear Reader, I just stayed at this cute little flat in Lisbon for a total of five nights. It is accurately described and Manuela was responsive and super helpful. With that said, I want to make sure fellow visitors understand a few things
 The stairs are not only steep but tiny. Meaning you can’t quite walk up straight up and down (unless you are quite small). Even though this is in the description it is almost like climbing a ladder. It’s also on the top floor. The location is in a hilly part of town. Not a problem in of itself and not the fault of anyone but me, but we walked a lot. Often we’d come back midday for a break and the flat always felt so far from the action and then climbing up the stairs, well it was exhausting and I’m in decent shape. The flat is a nice size for a couple. The bed is comfy and about queen size. I stayed with my son and thought he’d stay in the loft, but he wasn’t having it. The windows face a building so there is no view from the flat itself, but once you are on the street the view is lovely. It is a quiet area in an alley off a hilly street. There a couple of cafes right down the hill from the flat which were quite good! The little park is also a nice place to relax and has a kiosk that serves drinks and snacks. Again, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the flat, but had I done a little more research I think I would’ve chosen a different area, so 100% my fault! Still would recommend assuming you understand all of the above!

Cozy nest, great location, some stairs

Loved staying in this cozy nest. The loft area was perfect for my 10 year old daughter. Younger ones could have trouble with the ladder but she loved it. Great location, minutes from train and Alfama with great access to groceries and cafes in Graca. Tuesday and Saturday flea market is right around the corner. The stairs to reach the flat are mentioned in the listing and could be challenging if you have mobility limitations or lots of heavy bags. We managed making a couple trips. Very clean and the vintage decor is cute and well curated. Loved our stay!

Perfect stay in Lisbon with a great hostess

This apartment is definitely a great place to stay. The hostess was very nice and very flexible. She had great tips for what to do. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed. There are a lot of bus, metro and tram stations nearby. The only reason I would say for not taking this apartment is if you have trouble with stairs, but than lisbon might not be the right choice for you. All the hills.

Great location, clean and comfortable apartment, amazing experience!

I felt SO at home at Manuela’s beautiful studio apartment. The location is amazing- walking distance to alfama, restaurants, and other attractions. The apartment itself is decorated beautifully. The bed is so comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. And the bathroom is clean. Also, the view from the windows is beautiful! I took the most incredible sunset picture from there. The neighborhood is also very quiet, so if you’re looking for a peaceful place to rest at the end of your days, this is it! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lisbon. Hopefully I will be back soon and for a longer period of time! 5 days just wasn’t enough! Thank you Manuela, for being such a wonderful host!
