À notre arrivĂ©e nous nous attendions Ă  un appartement de 80m carrĂ©, hors celui ci doit faire au max 50m carrĂ©, premiĂšre dĂ©ception. Il est trĂšs vĂ©tuste et aurait besoin d'une bonne rĂ©novation ( rien Ă  voir avec les photos), les portes de la douche qui se ferment Ă  peine, les peintures abĂźmĂ©e, l'odeur des Ă©gouts dans la cuisine et le bruit insupportable du frigo nous ont pas fais rĂȘver tout au long de notre sĂ©jour. De plus dans l'annonce il y avait indiquĂ© qu'il y avait un balcon, hors nous le cherchons toujours... Nous n'avons jamais vu le propriĂ©taire, seulement la voisine. En bref heureusement que la ville est sympa Ă  visiter et que nous avons pu passer plus de temps dehors que dedans.

L'appartement est situé dans une petite rue calme. Proche des nombreux commerces dans des boulangeries pour un petit déjeuner portugais. Excellent accueil avec pleins de conseils pour découvrir Lisbonne et les environs.

Nuno n'était pas sur place mais avait demandé à une amie de nous accueillir malgré l'heure tardive.

Appartement propre et sympathique dans une rue calme mais à proximité d'un quartier trÚs animé rempli de restaurants bons et pas chers. L'une de mes amies a eu un gros problÚme de santé nécessitant une observation aux urgences de l'hÎpital et Nuno nous a vraiment beaucoup aidés ( appel des secours, hébergement à la sortie de l'hÎpital car nous avions raté notre avion de retour ) par téléphone puisque n'étant pas présent à Lisbonne. Il a tout fait pour limiter nos soucis et s'est montré trÚs sympathique, prenant des nouvelles de mon amie.

Un joli appartement bien équipé, propre et trÚs bien situé. La rue est trÚs calme mais juste à cÎté des lieux animés. Nuno est une personne trÚs gentille et nous a donné plusieurs conseils pour nos visites.

Cute apartment in a vibrant neighbourhood

Our stay here was really nice! The communication was amazing, they were really friendly and we could ask all of our questions. Our arrival was smooth (a little bit of a delay with the cleaning but this was no problem for us and they let us know in advance). They provided loads of recommendations (restaurants, things to do, how to get from the airport to the apartment, 
), which was very helpful. The apartment is small but cozy, with lots of windows so that’s very nice. The kitchen is very small and lacks some utensils (no kitchen towels so we couldn’t do the dishes) and therefore we didn’t really use it to cook. Luckily the neighbourhood has amazing restaurants and bars with lovely food, we didn’t miss the kitchen!! Would definitely stay here again with friends!

Simple, clean, functional, great location. It wasn't clear from the listing that the bathroom could only be accessed through one of the bedrooms and that would have been good to know in advance. The hosts were very helpful in accommodating our early check-in needs and providing useful local information.

Stay before joining a group tour

We liked the location because it was close in walking distance to some sights we wanted to see. A wee bit noisy to around 2pm due to a bit of partying in the neighborhood. The3 very steep staircases in the house ought to be mentioned in the description. Also having to walk trough someones bedroom to go to the bathroom at night was a wee bit awkward.

Flott beliggenhet, midt i hjertet av Lisboa

Leiligheten anbefales med tanke pÄ beliggenhet og verten. Vi var sÄ heldige Ä fÄ innsjekking med Nuno og han satt seg ned med oss og gav oss mange gode tips. En fantastisk mann og vert! Likevel mÄ det nevnes at badet lÄ i annen etg og man mÄtte igjennom soverom to for Ä komme seg pÄ badet..

Excellent Location to experience the old part of the city!!

The only real criticism I have is the one and only bathroom. It's position on the top floor is inside the bedroom. It's ...specific... location is not made clear in the listing, but there are references made in the reviews if you read them. This is not the ideal apartment for two couples however it may suit a family fine. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE WITH FANTASTIC HOSTS! Great overall stay experience.!!!

Good Location

This property was in a good location. The woman was very helpful and met our friends at the door where she shared a lot of good information about sights and restaurants. The bathroom situation was not ideal as you had to go through a bedroom to get to it. We were in Lisbon in September and it was quite hot, the fans here were not that effective in cooling the place down. I would still recommend this property as it was in a good location and was good value for the money.

The beds were comfortable. The location was good but a bit noisy. You can’t stand up in the bathroom, the kitchen smelled like sewer and the couch (in the picture) was too uncomfortable to sit for long.

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Lissabon. Nett eingerichtet. Die Wohnung befindet sich in guter Lage. Relativ ruhig. Lediglich der KĂŒhlschrank war sehr laut. Der Vermieter wurde hierzu schon angeschrieben. Die Wohnung ist nett und sauber eingerichtet. Die Betten sind etrem weich. Wer es mag. Leider gibt es vor der TĂŒr keinen Parkplatz. Es gibt aber ein Parkhaus in der NĂ€he in dem man sein Auto parken kann. Ist nicht ganz gĂŒnstig. In der Umgebung befinden sich viele nette kleine Restaurants sowie FrĂŒhstĂŒckscafes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

No fue lo esperado

El apartamento estå muy deteriorado...grietas, manchas de humedad, dos sillas rotas, los colchones para cambiar, la verdad que nos llevamos una decepción, por no hablar del tamaño porque éramos 6 y casi no cabíamos. Creo que es un apartamento para 2, cómo mucho 4. Como punto positivo diré que la ubicación es muy buena y la persona de contacto muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar. Espero que esta opinión sirva para que arreglen un poco el apartamento.

Gut gelegenes Appartement. Zustand eher durchschnittlich

Das Appartement ist fĂŒr einen Lissabonbesuch sehr gut gelegen. Der Zustand entspricht aber nicht dem was die Fotos versprechen und ist etwas abgewohnt aber trotzdem sauber. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und wir haben viele Tipps fĂŒr unseren Aufenthalt bekommen.

Prima accomodatie en prima plek

Het contact met de verhuurder verliep prima. Huis heeft alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt voor drie dagen Lissabon. Het huis ligt prima mbt voorzieningen. Wij hebben bijna alles lopend kunnen doen. Twee puntjes: voor drie dagen kregen we niet veel handdoeken en omdat het een oud huis is, zijn de plafonds niet overal echt hoog

Nuno’s place is conveniently located in a safe and vibrant neighborhood which opens travelers to numerous opportunities to explore Lisbon. Very pleased with the apartment and the property manager who made several suggestions for things to see or do.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, however the bathroom is practically in the upstairs bedroom & the doors/steps are noisy. Just good things to know when booking, and we did enjoy our stay here. Great location & clean apartment.
