"Clean room, good amenities, comfy beds and seamless check in. We were here for 2 days during the coldest weekend in Ontario and we got in really early, and even though i wasnt expecting to get the room early, we actually did, which was a really nice surprised. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gatineau. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and the overall experience very pleasant. Breakfast was great, with a good variety of options and everything well organized. One important note is that during my stay there was a large group of children in the hotel (likely for a sports tournament). Unfortunately, they were very loud in the hallways late at night and again early in the morning, running through the halls and common areas. It made the environment quite noisy and disruptive at times. Other than that, it was a lovely stay and I would absolutely recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and friendly service. With better supervision of large groups, it would be an excellent experience."
