This was such a fun stay! From the airport, we took the train to the hotel's station, which ended up being a central hub for other transfers. Getting around London was very easy because of this, and rarely did we have to transfer trains as we travelled. The train station was less than a 10 minute walk away from the hotel, and our walk to and from was surrounded by convenient food options, grocery stores, and souvenir shops. Upon our early arrival, the staff safely held our luggage so that we could begin exploring. Our room was equipped with a small stovetop, kettle, and microwave. The hotel was quiet. USB-C ports were available in the outlets, which saved us from purchasing an adapter. We opted to upgrade our stay to include breakfast, which was healthy and delicious, in the hotel's restaurant, Eve. There were two breakfast courses, and the main entree was one of eight cooked to order dishes. For dinners, we stopped by Eve for two specials- their BOGO drinks happy hour and their weekday special, $20 for a sourdough pizza, a basket of parmesan fries, and two wines to share, though other dinner options were also available. A staffed cafe/coffee bar was located on the opposite end of the lobby, for those who may need to complete work. The atmosphere was most unique to us. The restaurant, Eve, was housed within a greenhouse, as pictured, and filled with plants and books to skim through, including London travel books which helped us decide what to do on our trip. Highly satisfied!

The location is excellent and the room is very quiet (we stayed at the courtyard side). The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The great thing was also a laundry machine in the room! The colors of the room are not our favorites, and the rug and the lampshade are not our style but okay. Overall, a good place and the pizza place is good downstairs.

The public spaces of the hotel are beautiful. The exterior is poorly illuminated at night making it hard to find when arriving late, and not feeling particularly safe when dark. The location is convenient near Earl’s Court station, which runs directly to LHR. It would be helpful if it was more prominently stated, or mentioned at check in, that there is no service in the rooms (sheets, towels, etc.). I see it is there if you click through the amenities, but more prominently placed would be helpful. I would not have booked this hotel if I knew that.

Lovely decor and great sized rooms for London. Visited a couple of times now and the staff have been very friendly and accommodating each time. Theres a restaurant and coffee bar, both serve delicious food and drinks. Well worth a stay.

The location is excellent, central and convenient yet away from the tourist areas, and the staff were most helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, with good heating, comfortable bedding and suitable appliances. On the downside, the room felt dark in spite of the numerous light fixtures, and the hallway corridors could benefit from more frequent hoovering. Also, the shower grab bar seemed inadequately located, which made entering and exiting a bit unsafe. Overall, however, we were happy with our stay.

First off John at the front desk was great. Super friendly and checked us in quickly. The room we had was the studio suite. It came with a two burner stove, large fridge, a dishwasher and a washer dryer combo. Unexpected but perfect for our 10 day trip. The staff was always helpful but the room was only cleaned once for our stay. That was fine. We got toilet paper when we needed it and if you needed it you could tell the desk and housekeeping would empty your trash. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue was the tub/shower drained slow. All in all a great way to visit London.
