Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The owner did not communicate with us. The check in time was pushed back and we were informed after check in time that the owner had accepted payment from the current tenants for two additional weeks. This left us in a foreign country, stranded at the last minute, literally on the street. This landlord should not be able to operate under the umbrella of any booking agency.

I got in London and was left with my kids on the street raining while the host found me another place. I had no option but to accept it. It was further, not as modern or good as the initial place. The lock was broken, bathroom with no light and no toilet paper. I felt cheated to pay for a nice place and got something beneath.
