The only good thing about this hotel is its location (although the Uber driver couldn't find it). Unclean, unfriendly and in desperate need of refurbishment. Next time I'll spend more money and get a decent hotel.

The Park Lane Mews staff were incredibly friendly & helpful at all times. My single room was different than I was used to but adorable and all that I needed for myself. Very boutique feeling and very close to Green Park Underground (5 min walk) and Buckingham Palace walking across Green Park (10 min walk). Perfect location for my London vacation.

Quick London trip

Pros: STAFF
Location: Excellent location to the underground. And there was always a lot to do around the area.
Can't arrival, Travelocity overbooked our room. And more singles. The hotel was nice enough to give us two single rooms to make up for not getting the double. They were helping us.

Clean and friendly

Pros: Helpful staff and clean room
Cons: In need of facial touch up in the room
Location: Great location. Walking distance to the sites
Been there once before and had a pleasant stay then. This time, the staff was again helpful and lovely. The room was in need of some touch up - paint, etc., but the room was very clean. Was with my granddaughter and felt safe. Breakfast - good display. I would go back again

What a waste of money

Pros: Location was okay
Cons: Don't put people in rooms that don't have working air.
We stayed at this hotel for four days and were dying from heat. This hotel says that there was air conditioning. My friend never even used the blanket and my chocolate melted in the room, when the air was "on." The hotel staff said they knew there was an air issue in some of the rooms, yet still put us in a room that did not have working air and did not offer any compensation but a few free cold drinks. Ridiculous. There also was no fridge, which is just a mild annoyance.
