room and location good for the price I found the arrival process a little frustrating - 2 members of staff standing watching us do self registration and struggling rather than just book us in . I understand out of hours that self booking in is good but can't understand 2 staff standing watching

Cozy little room for one with a big tv and big bed. The bathroom was small but not claustrophobic which is a big plus. The whole was was neat and tidy no complaints. Definitely recommend

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bar area clean bright and comfortable. Room very small but clean and a very comfortable bed. Lovely big fluffy towels and great shower. Would have been good to maybe have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and extra pillows. We went for a windowless room which i don't think i would choose again, although it did make the room very dark and quiet and made for a great nights sleep, and in London that is a bonus. Would definitely return.
