Beautiful hotel in a stunning location by the river. The suites are very generous size wise. Very helpful staff. The only negative is a 15 min walk to the nearest tube station but other than that we couldn't really fault it.

My fourth stay here, it’s a lovely hotel, good service and a wonderful location. The marina balcony rooms are very spacious, 2 toilets and one bathroom is a great bonus and the views are super. Unfortunately the hot water failed on our check out day throughout the hotel so we got ready with good water which was a real shame. To be very fair we were offered use of the spa to shower but it was easier just to depart. On departure we were given (without asking) an apology for the water situation. It is what it is and nobody’s fault. Finally I asked for a print out of our bill and was offered it by email if I preferred. It was to arrive within two minutes so we left. 5 1/2 hours later and it’s still not arrived. This is a good hotel, I will go back as it’s in a lovely location and generally it is very good but this stay was not quite as good as usual.

Breafast overpriced for what it is.. check in was awful. Took over twenty minutes and i had already checked in online so not sure why it tool so long. Hotel from the outside and corridors and entrance to the pool very dated. No bed set up for my two children. Asked at 4pm for this to be done. By 9pm still no bed!

We were very disappointed because we thought that we would get a view of the water as it was in the photos on the website but we got a view of the train station even after our room was upgraded for an additional few hundred. We were disturbed by construction going outside and the room service food was cold. The on premise restaurant had limited dining options. The bar service was very poor with one of the servers not knowing what a Mojito cocktail was... the happy hour special was very misleading.
