Elevators were extremely slow, which is a problem since even the lobby is one floor up from the ground level. The room was acceptable, but could be cleaner. Overall, the room and hallways look due for a facelift. Benefit is the hotel is walking distance to parks, Portobello and Oxford shopping and Paddington station

Great place to start your journey in London The hop on hop off bus is just out the front . The hotel rooms are small but that’s standard for Europe. Great Greek restaurant around the corner and other cafes.
