The location was perfect for all of our adventures. The close ones were less than 15 minutes away (Universal Studios, Dinner and Show at Pantages, Hollywood Sign, Griffith Park, etc.). We also did several longer day trips and being right off the highway was so convenient (Ventura to Channel Islands NP - 1 hour and Joshua Tree NP - 2 hours). Even with the close proximity to so much, when we were in the home or enjoying the pool, it was peaceful. We truly were able to relax, spread out and enjoy this beautiful home. Thank you Natalie for your wonderful communication and sharing your beautiful home with us. We look forward to returning!

I initially hesitated to share this review, as the exceptional quality of the accommodation and the outstanding hospitality of our host made me want to keep this discovery to myself. However, it would be an injustice not to acknowledge the remarkable experience we had. Our stay, with our two young sons aged four and seven, was perfectly situated for our visit to Universal Studios. The property's proximity to attractions, coupled with its impeccable cleanliness, tidiness, and user-friendly layout, significantly enhanced our trip. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and even the coffee supplied with the espresso machine exceeded expectations. I am now considering purchasing a similar espresso machine. I am confident that this will be our preferred accommodation whenever we return to Los Angeles. Nothing could compare to its convenient location and breathtaking accommodations. We extend our sincere gratitude to our host, who ensured everything was wonderful for us. She even went as far as to heat the pool the day before our departure, ensuring we maximized our time with the children at the pool. Oh, and an added bonus, you can actually see the hollywood sign from the amazing patio off the master bedroom. Thank you again for letting us use your home for our vacation.Couldn't have been more happy

One Of A Kind Beauty

The purpose for my trip was to mark off seeing the Hollywood sign on my mom’s bucket list and celebrate her 70th birthday. Natalie’s house was the perfect location to travel to so many parts of CA! Her home was absolutely gorgeous!! I’m a stickler for clean homes and Natalie nailed it!!! Her house was super clean and everything had a specific place ( which I can appreciate). The house was equipped with all your essential needs
 way more than some other homes I’ve stayed in. She thinks of everything!! We also felt very safe in the neighborhood. We would take morning walks through the hills and the neighbors were so friendly! Thank you Natalie for providing a great experience for me and my family! We all thought your home was absolutely AMAZING!!! I would definitely, 100% stay here again!

My family of 6 stayed here for a short trip to LA. We booked it mostly based on proximity to Universal Studios - almost close enough to walk. It was great for that, but otherwise was really nice too. The host was pleasant and very responsive. The house was classy and very comfortable. It was a great trip.

Perfect Family Get Away (Close to Alot)

Our family had a fabulous time during our stay. The house is spacious and very nicely decorated. The back yard and pool make it feel as though you are at your own mini resort. We loved the kitchen, dining and living room area for family fun in the evenings. The 3-4 minute drive to Universal made a long day much more tolerable since we were there and back home in literally no time flat, even in rush hour. We had a minor, technical hiccup, but the owners were readily available and easy to reach. Their super-fast response time helped eliminate the worry and issue almost upon request. We stay in alot of VRBO's and I can tell you with confidence that this was instantly a family favorite. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Burbank/Hollywood area.

Beautifully appointed home in a great location!

Our family of four (my husband and me and 2 young adult kids) and my mom were in town for a family wedding. This was the perfect home for us as we all had our own rooms and space to spread out. We were able to cook meals and a couple of relatives stopped by and we comfortably entertained them. The pool area is lovely, and although it was a bit cold for swimming, we sat outside one night and talked and stargazed. This really is a wonderful home for families doing tourist things (Universal is very close) or needing a perfect home base while in LA. Clean, comfortable, everything you need.

We stayed in this home over New Years 2023/ 2024 with our 3 children for 5 nights. It could not have been a better experience. Check in was extremely easy. Host Natalie has very easy instructions and a quick FaceTime to walk us through some details on the house and pool. House is extremely clean and has all the items you need. Great security, central location, high end furnishings, great mattresses and bedding. House is entirely updated-- kitchen, every bathroom, pool and outdoor area, etc. Parking is so easy with attached garage for 2 cars. Outdoor pool area is great but weather was too cool to go swimming. If you are headed to Universal Studios (or many other Hollywood area attractions) this is the perfect location. From beginning to end this was an excellent stay. We stayed at a suite at the Ritz Carlton in San Francisco before heading down the coast to LA and our kids all voted the house a better stay than the Ritz Carlton suite.

Natalie's Hollywood villa

This is a wonderful house and was the cleanest VRBO house we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in over 20 houses in the last few years). The house was beautifully decorated and a great space to spend time with our family. Natalie is a very responsive owner, who clearly loves her home and takes very good care of the property.

Awesome House!

Beautiful and Luxurious Property
