This is a fully renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath house with a full kitchen. It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Most appliances are new. New 65" 4K smart TV in the living room and 55" TV in the bedroom. AC unit is only in the bedroom, but it can comfort the whole house. The house is gated with a long driveway. There are many supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-10 mins drive. It's about 10 miles to LA downtown, 20 miles to Universal Studio, and 28 miles to Disneyland resort.
