The room was filthy. As soon as I walked in there was a big ball of hair on the floor, the counter top was visibly dirty. I started cleaning and the rags were full of dirt. The bed spreads had stains and as I lifted the blankets there were big stains on the mattress. I would never go back there. When I told the staff I am leaving, she said “oh that’s one of our raggedy rooms” like it’s normal to have them. 0 stars

I am here now and I want to leave but I am exhausted yet I can’t sleep because this room is not even clean and this is the 2nd room that I have been in here. This is absolutely ridiculous disgusting and unacceptable. This place should not exist in this capacity. The first room was so emotionally traumatizing- wierd carvings in the mirrors scratches on the floor and the ceiling was covered in dust and webs. I am so freaking scared right now but I don’t wanna leave my room until the morning. This place should not be available for people or they need to fix it! How do you own something and leave its condition in a disgusting mess. My spirit is sooo unsettled. I’m not sure if I will make it through the night here. My God this is ridiculous and just down right crazy to rent out rooms like this.

The bed was filthy, the maids didn’t sweep the floors . There were crumbs all over it was disgusting. No grab bars in the shower. The bed would sink in. Front desk is unprofessional and not there during normal business hours. Smelled like marijuana all the time. House keeping never came to clean. I wouldn’t come back.

The stay was horrible there was roaches in the room and there was a drug addict staying next door and he would get out his room yelling at people outside walking and he kept yelling that he was from the cartel my family was scared to leave or even to go up to the room when they seen the guy was outside
