They didn’t have my room clean properly and we found a dirty sock on the floor the pullout couch was filled with dirty crumbs & all housekeeping did was dust it to the floor and left instead of vacuuming it they just left it there

Rooms are nice and clean. Restaurant is not open and if you do not have a vehicle you are stranded, there is nothing to do around the hotel and it does not feel safe to walk the streets. I would not recommend.

The hotel looked like it was brand new and the rooms were really nice and updated. The outdoor pool is small but the pool and the spa are very well kept.
The check in and front desk people were super nice and friendly. The covid policy of not doing any housekeeping except upon request was a little weird - never had that before. Turns out I didn't mind it that much. I really only needed trash bins emptied, some supplies, and towels a few times in my 1 week stay.
One morning there was no hot water for my early afternoon shower. I called to inquire about it and they said plumber was doing some work and had to shut off the hot water. It would have been nice to get notice of this so I could have showered earlier. One night we had a very noisy neighbor playing loud music who kept us up all night and we complained to the front desk. They sent a security guard up to talk to them but they turned it right back up when the guy left. they offered to move us but luckily these troublemakers checked out the next day anyway.
Pillows and bedding were excellent.
The little restaurant in the lobby was not open. (Seemed they are waiting on some sort of license to start operating). They offered a few breakfast items and coffee/tea- take out only for a couple hours a day. There are a lot of coffee and donut shops within a very short drive from here - so not a big deal that they weren't open.
Parking was free and plentiful!! They also have electric charger ports for those with EVs.
