This was my second time staying at this place. First time was great. This time it was terrible. I booked through Travelocity and selected the pay at hotel option. The hotel charged my card about a week earlier. Travelocity was no help. The guy at property said they had that option per the agreement but that’s not in the details. He was very rude and condescending. My only option was to pay or have my reservation canceled which sucked bc it was Ren Faire weekend and every place was sold out. I think this was the issue. It felt like the hotel wanted us to cancel so they could rebook at a higher price. During the stay we had issues with the AC and lighting. We called for assistance but none ever came. I really liked this hotel but will not stay here again despite its close proximity to the Ren Faire event.

My husband and I stayed last night, and I would like to share some concerns. This was my 5th time staying at HH. My husband and I usually choose this hotel because it is quiet and the building is very nice. Unfortunately, during this stay we noticed that the pillows were dirty and had visible stains after I removed the pillowcases. Because of this, I decided to remove all the linens before leaving. Seeing the condition of the pillows made us uncomfortable, and it is discouraging to think about returning in the future. Thankfully, we brought our own pillows, blankets, and towels, but as guests, we should feel confident and comfortable with the bedding provided. I strongly recommend that the hotel replace the pillows and ensure they are kept in clean, hygienic condition. We enjoy staying at your hotel, and I hope you can address this issue so that future visits will be as pleasant as our past experiences.

Bad really bad!

This place is awful! The carpet was filthy and old. There was a coffee pot but no coffee and when we asked for coffee at the front desk (who did not speak english well) told us (I think) we could get coffee in the lobby. The only good thing about this hotel was the bathroom which had good hot water. Not a place i would ever recommend or stay again!

Room had updated flooring, updated bathrooms. Quiet area tucked inside away from main street. You have pollo loco next door for some good chicken to eat. Target is around the corner and also Starbucks. Beds were comfortable would stay again.

The location was good. The room its self was a bit disappointing considering the reviews given. Lots of out of date furniture and the carpet was dirty. Odd decor on the property. Vending machine had stale food in it. Place was okay considering other options in the area.

Misleading Hotel Disappointed

This hotel edits their pictures drastically. The hotel in person is not what they truly look like. The hotel is next to a sketchy place. Honestly, motel 6 is way better and cleaner option than this hotel. We were offered a room on the first floor. The room was not clean at all. There was black stains on the wall, bathroom/sink look like they haven’t been clean in a while, tv stand still had liquid drip stain that hasn’t been clean and hardwood floors were dirty. We complained and got another room to check out on the third floor. My husband went to go check it out. The room was better than the first floor but my husband found cockroach’s on the floor. We immediately left this hotel. The front desk guy said he wouldn’t give us a refund and charge us for the night. We landed late at night too it was after midnight, thankfully we were able to find a hotel that had available rooms that night with a better stay. We stayed at the embassy. But I would say please save your money. It is a cheap price for a reason.
