This is the best Hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and very helpful. My daughter had an accident when I was at their hotel and the staff went above and beyond to help me with our little crisis. They loaned me a wheelchair, checked me in early, made sure I had ice and tylenol, they brought her a complimentary fruit platter and large bottle of Evian. They checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. I felt so supported. I will always stay at this hotel when visiting my daughter at college. Thank you to the staff.

The USC Hotel was clean, quiet, and great staff. The location for USC activities cannot be beat and the LA Times #1 restaurant for 2023 (Holbox, exquisite Mexican served food hall style) is one block away. It’s not the Ritz (which is only two metro stops away if you’d prefer), but my family and I will come back.

Gentleman at the desk by the stairs (maintenance man?) was very helpful when searching for my phone. Housekeeping staff was phenomenal. Some of the front desk staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. When I called and needed assistance with something they were unwilling to assist stating they were too busy and said I’d get a call back. I never received a call back. Bathtub in my room was in poor condition. I’d stay again because of the convenience of the location in relation to campus and because the overall cleanliness of the hotel, but not really for any other reason.
