Sunny Days Tiny House - newly renovated with private entrance, pool & view

Newly renovated mid century modern tiny house with pool, view, and outdoor fireplace! Located in a highly desirable LA neighborhood with direct access to many major freeways (10, 57, 605, 60).

Despite being only 280sqft, it has everything you need—from a private entrance, full kitchen, living/dining area, queen bed, private washer/dryer behind the unit, to a large wardrobe for all your dazzling outfits. It’s nested towards the back of a large-sized property in a quiet LA suburb neighborhood next to the country club. The tiny home is situated on the upper level with the main house on the lower level so you’ll have plenty of privacy during your stay.

This studio will make you feel prepared for everything that Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Orange County have to offer! It’s perfect as a romantic couples getaway, or a hub for you to relax after a fun day at Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knott’s Berry Farm, Santa Monica, etc. Whether it’s a couples vacation or a business trip, we have your comfort and safety as our top priority!

Please no smoking indoors! We have ashtrays provided outdoors.

As you arrive, please be mindful that you’ll have to take 15 steps of stairs before you reach the entrance to the guesthouse (as shown in the photo). Make sure you’re comfortable with stairs and some walking. We are animal lovers so there are 2 corgis and some curious free range chickens on the property. For the safety of our animals, we regret that we cannot accept any other pets.
