Guest Access:

Guest will receive an access code to enter the unit 1 day before their check-in. Guest may park in the back lot or utilize street parking. Please note that street parking is not free on Saturdays.

We stayed for about 5 weeks, it was a very convenient apartment. Close to everything you need. I did have a problem with the hot water, but it was taken care of that same day. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

Spent the Christmas holiday in this cute and spotless unit, which was perfect for us. The host even set out some fun Christmas decorations. My family stayed here over Christmas and it was a great place to stay. Bedrooms and baths were nice. The kitchen and family room were perfect to hang out for the 4 of us. This place would be even better in the summer with the farmers market going on!

I have stayed at Market Square 2 times now. For me it is a very central location as my family lives in Waunakee and Cottage Grove. The property is very clean and the communication from the owner is excellent.

Nice location in downtown Sun Prairie

This is a nice spot in the downtown square area of Sun Prairie. Several restaurants and bars close by as well as little shop on main Street, all within walking distance. The apartment fit our family well and Chris was responsive and communicated the required information needed for check in/out in a timely manner.
