I paid almost $200 for this hotel and the value was not near worth this. The room smelled awful and there was obvious decay and poor upkeep of this hotel.

Not Great

The ceiling appeared to have leaks when we first checked in. On the second evening we returned just before the room upstairs turned on their jacuzzi. Soon after water started pouring through the ceiling, through the lights fixtures, and out the vents. Tried to call the front desk but this room had no phone. We switched rooms after talking to the front desk but not really something that I wanted to do at 9:30 in the evening. Unlike the 1st room the 2nd room at least has a WiFi signal. For consistency the sink faucet shot water in all directions when on. The breakfast was ok and the staff were at least friendly.

Clean, Quiet , Comfortable hotel. First floor ice machine did not work, smokey smell in outside entrances. Cigarette butts around some entrances.

Insufficient parking when there were events going on. We stayed 4 nights from Fri to Monday nights. Housekeeping came into our room on Sat to clean and leave clean towels. That was the only time they came in. Sunday night when we returned to our room, both keycards did not work. Housekeeping was down the hall and let us in. When we realized they had not been in our room, we went back and took 2 towels off the cart. When the room was not entered Monday and we still had a pile of dirty towels, we called downstairs for clean towels and were told that the hotel was full and there would be no towels available until Tues morning after 9 am, by which time we would be on the road.

In the past they offered a free shuttle to the airport. This time the check in lady took my credit card for a $20 UBER fee, in the morning when I asked the man at the desk to call the UBER, he required my credit card again. Now that I have gotten home to check my credit card account I was charged twice for the UBER ride.
