Friendly and helpful staff. The furniture in the room was a little dated and showed wear, however, everything was very, very clean. The room was quiet. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of hot and cold items. Everything was tasty. We stayed for one night to attend a local event and had a pleasant experience.

Clean and comfy place to stay for all
It was an exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet experience. There was a ceiling fan above the bed, a full fridge and freezer. There was a coffee pot, toaster, small stove, 2 person dining table, desk, and plenty of space to relax. The pool and hot tub were clean and the perfect temperatures. The breakfast was delicious. It was a few minutes away from the mall and other shopping. Texas Roadhouse was right down the road. There were games to check out and play.

I always enjoy staying here....the staff is consistently friendly and helpful, the common areas and rooms are spotless, the pool is terrific and the coffee/breakfast bar is outstanding. I appreciate the ample and comfortable seating in the lobby/breakfast bar area. Extremely pleasant experience.

The hotel room itself was nice, but it was not the accessible room that was booked. Though I showed the desk clerk, Taurus, our reservation, he refused to honor that. Rather, he was defensive and rude; he chose to be condescending rather than actually help us find a solution. The last thing you want to do after a long day of travel is spar with someone. We ended up just finding a way to manage with a regular room. Traveling with an elderly person made this challenging. It was nice, but not made for someone who has physical mobility issues. This was particularly evident in the restroom area. It was very clean and comfortable, and had a pretty view of the courtyard, lit up tree and all. Breakfast was good. Basic fare, but lots of choices and a bit of something for everyone. The breakfast area was also clean and nicely spread out so no guests were in each other’s space. As long as you don’t require an accessible room, this is a good choice.
