The staff here is amazing along with the rooms and the property. This is a very nice and quiet place to stay with the family and they always seem to have some type of entertainment for the guests. Close to town and other points of interest. Only thing missing is a pool, but other than that this is a very nice place to stay.

Refused entry despite having a confirmation

I had the written hotels.com confirmation and the receipt from American Express that said “Madison Beach hotel “for over $600. Despite all that I was refused entry by the manager due to being booked full., who showed not the slightest bit of empathy sympathy or customer service and just let me walk out the door without a hotel room for the July 4 holiday weekend and I’m a Hilton honors customer. But nobody offered to call Hilton nearby so I wouldn’t be homelessMy God, how are they still in business??

Such a wonderful resort for a relaxation vacation. Just about a 1 1/2 easy drive down Route 95 from Providence, RI. The property is in great condition. Our room was spacious. There is easy access to hotel dining and other local restaurants. Nice walkable neighborhood. The private beach and beach service were wonderful. I highly recommend this location.
