"The front desk staff was super unhelpful and lied about being able to manually enter credit card information. When I didn’t have a physical card he told me to cancel the reservation because they couldn’t enter the card manually or take a debit/cash deposit. It was 10pm and I wouldn’t be getting a refund if I cancelled on my end. I then spoke to a different staff who entered my card information manually and successfully took the deposit. When we got to our room, the TV remote wouldn’t connect to the TV and the volume was stuck at a too loud of a level to be able to watch. The alarm in the room went off at midnight waking us up and then we heard staff bringing a guest to their room and talking extremely loudly in the hallway. Curtains don’t block light and rooms aren’t even close to soundproof. Lastly, maintenance/cleaning staff were outside our room with loud walkie talkies at 730am. They were fixing the elevator with loud drills and didn’t not have signs letting guests know there would be work being done that early, and they didn’t tell us when we checked in. Will not stay here again. "

"This was my second time in this hotel. I feel like things are going not to well. For the price you pay, you expect the best. So, before we use it, the toilet had urine and toilet paper in. The sink was cracked. Espresso machine worked for just 3 coffees. Other than that, very clean and comfy."

"I booked hotel . I live in Canada . I was charged US dollar and it wasn’t mentioned at time of booking . Later I checked my bank account and I saw I have been charged in US dollar ."
