Staff, breakfast, super nice!!!!! real utensils and everything you could possibly want for breakfast. Decaf a bit weak. Check in and check out guys couldn't be more accommodating.... Stored our bags until our afternoon ferry and we also were allowed into our room early at check in.

Breakfast was a good spread of options, eggs were tasteless but otherwise everything else was good. The waffle maker was a hit with my kid! Staff were nice. We had our dog with us and had a pet friendly room. The room had a slight pet odor to it but we just kept the sliding door cracked. Hopefully when they reno they take out the carpet and put in flooring for pet rooms. Beds are ok but very soft. Hotel is under construction which is fine if your out in the daytime. This was made clear in advance so it didnt bother us. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Location is great so much to walk to see, beautiful neighborhood. Market close by.

This is an excellent property. It’s a great location, a block from the harbour. 10 minute walk from numerous restaurants and bars. It’s clean and the rooms are nicely decorated. The bed is on the firmer side, which is not my comfort level, but that’s subjective. The breakfast is the best I’ve had included in a hotel stay.
