Welcome to Juniper Springs Resort! This ski-in/ski-out condo is conveniently situated at Eagle Lodge at Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort – an excellent choice for your Mammoth vacation. Juniper Springs Resort offers amenities including: pool, jacuzzi, on-site laundry, gym, ski lockers and more.

Easy access with self-check-in, garage parking for 1 car, and an elevator taking you from the garage to the top floor where the home awaits.

About the Space:
Juniper Springs Resort is one of the most desirable locations to stay in Mammoth Lakes - It's a family friendly location with great amenities and is ski-in/ski-out! This location offers the opportunity to create a lifetime of memories - you can watch skiing right from your balcony and living room from the top floor of Juniper Springs Resort!

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, condo provides a perfect mountain feel, between the view and the décor, you will have a true Mammoth experience. The property has been upgraded with new carpeting throughout. The living area offers a comfortable sleeper sofa couch, a gas burning fireplace, large 4K smart TV with cable, DVD player, and soundbar. There is a dining room table with seating for four, and a fully stocked kitchen, equipped for cooking a delicious meal at the end of the day! Off the main living space is the private balcony with expansive views of the ski run and White Mountains.

The bedroom has an upgraded Eastern king mattress, flatscreen TV, and has ample closet space for clothing storage. The shared bathroom has an oversized tub/shower, perfect for soaking after a long day on the slopes!

We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, and trash bags.

You will have the entire condo to yourselves.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Juniper Springs Resort. There is a year-round heated pool, 3 jacuzzis, in-building laundry room with coin-machine, gym, and secure garage parking.

There is 1 parking pass permitted for this property - park in any open space available in the heated, underground parking garage. Please ensure parking pass is visible in your vehicle.

**Please note the jacuzzi/pool area will be closed for maintenance starting 4/13/2026 for approximately 3 weeks.

** Important: Ski-in/ski-out available ONLY when Chair 15 and Little Eagle Lodge are open (please see Mammoth Mountain website for details).

We really lived our stay. The apartment is very well maintained. The bed, mattress, and pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen equipment is perfect. Steps to the slopes! We would love to come again! PS a bottle of wine was very nice touch!

Good place

Excellent location. Pool, hot tub, wifi, laundry and kitchen all nice to have. A few minor issues ie dust on top of fridge and sofa bed broken were resolved by property management within 24 hrs. Will stay here again!

Great location

Property was clean, Alex was responsive. Some furniture is a bit dated, but what you see on the pictures is what you get. Kitchen was well equipped for your basics, we has clean towels, and 2 sets of bedding sheets. There are extra pillows, and blankets. Location and convenience to the slopes is amazing, pool was about 90+ degrees in April. This property does not have restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, average but 'ok' apartment.

The place is 'ok'. The location is amazing, the apartment needs some work. Says there is a washing machine and dryer in description but its actually a shared laundry on same floor of the hotel. You need to pay for the privilege and they aren't great. I emailed the property manager and made this point, but they completely ignored me. If i was to stay there again, i'd stay via the hotel (resort) rather than an owned apartment. My friend stayed in exactly the same style apartment and it was $1000 cheaper and they made up your room everyday. I was in this place for 2 weeks and because its privately owned there is no cleaning or freshening. The TV's are old so they have 3-4 remotes which is pointlessly confusing. Fridge is so old you need to close the bedroom door when the compressor kicks in.. Super loud and the freezer doesn't work properly. These things could be easily fixed for a few hundred bucks.

Good location by slopes. Unit showing it's age with some wear and tear. BEWARE: there is no in unit WiFi. You have to use the hotel's public wifi, which is totally unreliable. Bedroom TV is for decorative purposes only, unless you want to watch DVD's.

Spacious 1 bedroom, dining area, living room and kitchen. The balcony is spacious to and you have views of the lift. Bathroom is a decent size but the counter was a bit tight for my vanities. Hand and body soap provided as well as a blow drying and curling iron. The best part of this ski in/out property as that you are literally at the foot of the lift. You cannot get closer to a lift than this anywhere.

A very nice property!

This is an excellent little unit in a great facility. Juniper Springs is obviously ideal in the winter... it is not close to much that is going on in the summer. Nevertheless, it was quiet, relaxing and exactly what we needed. A very comfortable bed, the kitchen had everything we really needed, and there was an AC unit in the bedroom, which was very much appreciated since the unit, because of how it is situated, does not get much airflow. That was a great touch for a guy who comes up to Mammoth to escape the heat! Thank you!

Comfortable and so close to the slopes

Staying here was very easy and convenient. We loved being so close to Eagle Lodge and the slopes. Even though we didn’t use the equipment locker, we thought that accessibility was a huge plus. We had everything we needed in the condo....we brought our own towels in case we were going to the hot tub. All was clean and comfortable.

Convenient location to the Eagle lift. Gear Locker a plus. Parking Garage a plus. Top floor (elevator access) a plus. Didn't venture into the pool/fire pit area (CoVid) but saw lots of guests heading that way. Bed comfortable, good linens, Smart TV (NetFlix) a BIG plus. Functional kitchen and bathroom (not top end, but I have seen worse). My only knock is on the cleaning, we had to run the dishwasher: sticky plates (yuck!). Hopefully a one-off issue.

Can't beat the location. Love the convenient ski lockers. Condo nicely appointed and kitchen well stocked. Property managers easy to contact. Love the easy check in. Will definitely stay again if available!

Great place, 2nd time visitors.

We loved staying here for a second time, but please get rid of that weird smell. You get used to it after a day or so but it was the same as last time, not a pleasant smell when you get there.
