Entered to incredibly cold reception area (door needs to be changed). Only one member of staff on desk. Room was large, bed comfortable. Walls paper thin - sounds of other people, doors slamming, people in next room so loud. Sink blocked throughout stay. Tried to report it multiple times but queues at reception too long (always only one receptionist). Tried to watch football in bar(reluctantly put on my bar worker). Signal so poor couldn't watch it. Overall a very poor experience.

The room was spacious, tidy and modern. The temperature of the room however was uncomfortably warm during the night and interrupted my sleep numerous times, trying to woken the temperature controller needed a PHD
