Airport shuttle was excellent and Rehana, our driver, was outstanding... very friendly and helpful. I hope we see her again some day. Our room was wonderful, and the breakfast was outstanding... better than some of the five star hotels we have stayed at in London U.K.

Typical airport hotel. The staff at the desk were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was just okay. Our waiter had some difficulty with English, but it wasn't an issue. The shuttle was on time. It's a decent option for an early flight.

Great hotel next door to airport. Restaurant and breakfast outstanding. Staff helpful and knowledgeable and engaging. Room very clean quiet and well equipped. Would of been nice to have a fridge in the room as it was august and hot. Very good stay and will use them again in the future

Pre-flight stay.

Routine airport hotel stay, nice food in the evening and also at breakfast. The only bugbear was we forgot remove our toothbrushes and toothpaste from our luggage when we did twilight check-in, I checked the hotel listing on Hotels.com and saw that they listed these items under amenities so I went to reception only to be told they only available to purchase at the shop. The price for these items was of course ridiculous so I walked to T1 and got them for pennies at spar.

The staff were lovely and service very good both at reception and restaurants. The rooms however were uncomfortable, very very hot with no ac. So hot is we had very little sleep. Although service was great we probably wouldn’t stay again due to the rooms.

Free shuttle bus offered even midnight, and fast checked in was good point. However we booked as 4 people but there were only 2 towels and 2 water bottles only. The room condition wasn't great as too much dust on the coffee tray and all cups was dirty with some crumbs and mark.

Clean rooms. lot of small issues fristrating

This was my third time staying here. First time excellent. 2nd time bathroom door did not close due door frame being to small and securitt feature on room door missing This time tv dongle broken only one channel working till maint used my suitcase to stand tv box on it. Toiletery pumps not dispensing. Will not be staying here again
