Room itself was quite clean, bedding had stains and everything including room clean/fresh bedding was an additional charge (£15). No soundproofing so was loud at night, could hear everything in the hallway as if the door was open. You’re basically paying for the very convenient location more than the quality of the room/hotel itself. We booked for a couple of nights due to its central location and were happy to stay somewhere more basic so weren’t expecting anything fancy, but we felt the room should have been ever so slightly cheaper to reflect the type of budget hotel that it is.
