The Layout

The fitted kitchen features medium-tone wood-effect units with a built-in oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and hot water kettle. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided, making self-catering straightforward and well supported from day one.

Dining area
A round dining table with four dark chrome-framed chairs is positioned between the kitchen and the balcony doors, creating a naturally connected and sociable dining space. A bold red wall piece above lends warmth and character to the area.

The apartment is located in Sharston, a residential area within the wider Wythenshawe district of south Manchester. Everyday convenience is well covered from the outset: an Aldi supermarket is just a short distance from the property, and Wythenshawe Town Centre — offering a broader range of retail, dining, and everyday services — is easily reachable on foot or by bus.

For green space and fresh air, Wythenshawe Park is approximately twenty minutes on foot. One of Greater Manchester`s most popular public parks, it offers open lawns, woodland walks, and a historic hall, making it a rewarding destination for an easy morning out. The area also sits close to both the M56 and M60 motorways, making it an excellent base for guests arriving by car or needing to travel onwards across the wider region.

Getting around is straightforward. A bus stop is just three minutes on foot, served by Bee Network routes 43 and 103 running regularly towards Wythenshawe Town Centre and Manchester city centre. The Wythenshawe Town Centre Metrolink tram stop is approximately ten minutes on foot, with trams running every ten to twelve minutes towards Manchester city centre — an onward journey of approximately forty minutes. Manchester city centre is approximately fifteen minutes by car and Manchester Airport is approximately ten minutes by car, making this apartment a natural choice for guests flying in or out during their stay. Free street parking is available directly outside the development for those arriving by car.

Booking Policy
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.


Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
