I was very comfortable at my recent stay at Hamptons. The room itself was clean, nicely appointed, well maintained and designed. I really don’t have anything negative to say about the room. I managed to secure an extremely reasonable rate of around £55 via Expedia, so for that price point, the hotel, room and facilities were excellent value and very nice product as a whole. The only few negative comments which are mainly isolated to my room would be the hairdryer was broken and only worked on one speed setting. I also noticed a row of dead pixels on the TV. It wasn’t really noticeable from the bed, but I did notice it whilst standing near the TV. I thought also maybe at least one bottle of water might have been included in the room. Besides from that, the staff were friendly, helpful and I certainly would stay here again.

Large stains on floor and chair. Water on window sills. Hair matted in plug in the sink. Construction all around site and road closures which made hard to get to car park. Which could have been mentioned on booking. Breakfast was just ok. Rooms state soundproof yet heard everyone in corridors. Was ok for 1 night.

The place around the hotel was so traffic as there’s constructions are going on. Check in was fine but the room itself, the lowest temperature on the control system is 19 which is really hot. Me and my family were not able to sleep properly as it’s so hot. The bed and pillow makes sounds everytime we moves. It’s probably the bed cover not the bed sheet. The food selections are limited. Scrambled egg ha No taste, sausages are burnt as if we’re chewing a rubber. The place were the foods are Very small place so there’s always a long queu as in we’ll spend longer hour to queu than to eat. I booked this hotel as this is Hilton but I was very disappointed. I will never book in this hotel ever again.
