Make sure when you book they don't shaft you

I booked a family room for me and my son but got only a double bed.u don't really want to sleep in the same bed as my 17 yr old son.i even upgraded to make sure I got it.asked at the desk said he couldn't do anything about it (didn't want to a think).at least the night shift porter got me some blankets

One night stopover

The room was quite large, clean and fit for purpose. It was great value for money. The breakfasts are limited , but one knows this when making a booking. There were adequate car parking spaces on the day of my visit. I would stay again.

Good location. Sensibly priced. Great staff.

Good location for the AO arena in the centre only a 10/15 drive to that venue.Comgortable with nice bistro/ restaurant next door (Alberts). Sensibly priced with helpful friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Hello Hotel in Manchester for 2 nights! The breakfast was absolutely delicious – super yummy and a great way to start the day. Really enjoyed the fact that we could choose our breakfast between sausage rolls, porridges and few more options. There is also a restaurant next door that we haven't tried but seemed nice. The service was outstanding, with incredibly kind and helpful staff who made us feel right at home, super appreciated the fact that they allowed us a late checkin. The hotel offers free parking, which was a huge bonus. Plus, there's a bus stop just across the road that takes you straight to Manchester in about 20 minutes, making it super convenient. Our room was perfect – the bed was huge and incredibly comfy, and the whole place was spotless, warm, and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here!

Handy for busses into City Centre

Nice hotel although a bit outdated and warn. Friendly pleaseant staff. Very handy for parking with its own car park and being there are 2 busses than run regularly (from just outside the hotel) into Manchester city centre.
