Overall great stay

Room was clean and tidy. Great spot, with great roof top bar. Breakfast had a great selection, but the actual cooked breakfast was a bit of a let down (hard poached eggs etc).

An amazing experience, we stayed in the Bank managers suite, complimentary prosecco on ice, roll top bath, emperors bed with egyptian cotton sheets, all of the little touches from the umbrella to the cash bags, breakfast in bed....amazing time. If you get chance, get this room. The staff are also first class, in particular Kelly, who is a credit to gotham, bright, helpful and engaging. Thank you.
