All the staff are friendly, professional and welcoming. Location is great for shopping and the many restaurants Manchester has to offer. Our room was lovely - comfortable bed, ample space, great shower, lots of amenities Special mention to the concierge on both days as they were fantastic. Nothing too much trouble. Valet parking was worth paying for. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We came to stay on our wedding night. Whilst the room and breakfast were lovely, the check-in experience was a shame. There was no one downstairs to tell us where to go - not ideal when you’ve come straight from your wedding (stood in a wedding dress)! A member of maintenance staff ended up spotting us and let us know where to go. When we got up to reception, the member of staff wasn’t particularly warm at all. We didn’t expect a red carpet but would have liked a level of warmth/welcome when clearly arriving straight from our wedding. Despite being a 5-star hotel, we received the lowest level of service that day across our celebrations and venues.

Greeted at the door as soon as we pulled up. Very friendly staff on the door and the desk. Guided upstairs to check in. Explained everything we needed. We picked not to have breakfast here but moose around the corner. Hotel very clean. Room was huge, bed was massive.

Overall great stay

Room was clean and tidy. Great spot, with great roof top bar. Breakfast had a great selection, but the actual cooked breakfast was a bit of a let down (hard poached eggs etc).
