Hotel staff were great. A couple of issues - no windows in the room and the aircon doesn’t go down far enough so the room was quite warm, and the Gino restaurant that provides room service is really quite awful - menu doesn’t list all items included with each dish, so I couldn’t eat my main, and the desert was ridiculously salty despite being a chocolate cheesecake and the base was about six inches thick, so that wasn’t eaten either. £36 wasted on food I didn’t eat

Great hotel and friendly staff. Nice to have a complimentary mini bar in the hotel with water and some soft drinks. Will certainly stay in Melia hotels in the future. Nice toiletries etc and clean, comfortable room.

Really impressed with the warm welcome from staff, we were offered an upgrade for half price to a studio with beer/wine so we went for it. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and the power shower was fabulous! Coffee machine included. We didn’t use the restaurant as had made other plans for dinner and breakfast. Very easy to book on Expedia and we used the online checkout service from the hotel. Great location for access to shopping and sight-seeing. We took advantage of the discount for parking next door at Q-Parking First Street so it was so stress-free getting in and out of Manchester. I would recommend this hotel for value for money especially on a Saturday night!

I don't normally leave reviews for hotels but was compelled to here as I really, really enjoyed my stay at INNSiDE Manchester, the hotel itself is lovely but the rooms are fabulous! And very reasonably priced to other hotels of this standard in the city - will definitely return!
