This is the hardest bed i have ever slept on with the thinnest duvet. Everything else at the hotel fine but if you're planning on a good night's sleep you won't get it here unless you're used to sleeping on the floor then this might feel like an upgrade. Every muscle and bone in my body is aching this morning and i haven't event slept. Terrible. It's like a slab of concrete with a sheet on it.

Fantastic location just next to Deansgate station and in walking distance to the city centre. Very friendly staff. Quick check in. Modern decor in reception and dining area. Rooms are spacious and modern but could do with a paint refresh and the voiles steaming to remove creases. Overall, very good hotel.

What a fabulous hotel. Spacious modern room; lovely toiletries; free.soft drinks in minibar and good tea/coffee making facilities (with mugs!). Got room at a competitive rate compared to other options. Friendly helpful staff. Didn’t have time to try out wider facilities in hotel but would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was absolutely beautiful, we stayed here for one night to attend an Oasis gig at Heaton Park. The hotel was clean, tidy and very modern. Our room was a city view room and it was absolutely stunning. It was very clean, spacious and we loved the drinks in the mini bar - these went down a treat after spending 2.5 hours travelling back from Heaton Park with nothing to drink! Staff were very friendly and attentive.
