The hotel was gorgeous, clean, spacious and all the employees I dealt with were polite, patient and helpful. Parking was£20 for the night but there were adequate spaces and located immediately behind the property so very convenient.

We stayed in room 839 - really spacious with settee and table plus king size bed. Bathroom had full sized bath plus spacious walk in shower. Room was spotlessly clean and very quiet - situated facing rear of hotel.

Hotel is well decorated. Housekeeping need some improvement. Does not clean room. Bathroom floor remain dirty and crumps on floor. But for the value, it is unbeatable. A lot of younger adult, college kids on Friday night. Extremely and overly friendly. Not sure whether older travelers will welcome such. I would love to come back. Breakfast is a bit expensive especially weekend 25 pounds.

Hôtel very convenient from railway station. Check in smooth and room was lovely: clean, well presented, good to have an ironing board, nice tv and great bathroom. Breakfast this morning was disappointing. Coffee and juice great. Fruit great. Choice great. Cooked food could be better: sausage, scrambled egg and bacon were all cold. The bacon was tough to cut as if it had been standing for some time. I informed the restaurant manager and the receptionist on my way out.
