Excellent standard of family room, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Quick check in with a friendly staff member. Staff were brilliant when we had to evacuate the hotel late at night due to a suspected gas leak and a note of apology was posted under the door overnight with another apology from reception when we checked out. The hotel is in a great spot with parking right behind, also very close to Manchester Piccadilly station. Would definitely stay here again.

On arrival the staff were very welcoming and helpful especially with explaining the car parking payment method which was new to me. The restaurant menu was varied and fairly priced. Breakfast was , I thought, very calm and had a great variety on offer for a very large hotel. The car park was not the easiest to get to as it was at the rear of the property but was just a few yards away. A great stay.

The hotel was very close to Manchester Picadilly Station, we vould see it from the train abd about a 3 minute walk away. Close to shops/restaurants, and other transport links. The hotel was well presented/clean, the duluxe twin room was comfortable and spacious, the bathroom lovely and some nice little touches like full size good quality toiletries, face cloth provided etc. I would definitely stay here again.
