Amazing experience, as soon as we entered the hotel we were greeted with smiles from everyone the staff are so polite, hotel and room very clean , breakfast experince was really good and the bar and restuarent is a cozy place ..keep up the good work guys

Loved our stay here. Beautiful hotel in a convenient location. Not much onsite parking but payable NCP (with hotel discount) nearby. Will definitely stay again.

Good service but conditions of room is not good
The service is good but the hotel building itself may need refurbishing because you can simply tell the conditions of the hotel by its carpet and fading colour on the wall. I wonder this conditions could substantiate the stars that this hotel has. Also we were given a room facing the loading bay with no decent view. With the room charge I am paying I do not think this is worthwhile and I will not be staying here again.

Gorgeous hotel and amazing staff
Upon arrival greeted with a complimentary drink along with a decorated room for my friends 30th birthday. Andreas was very friendly and attentive, along with the other staff. Could not fault this hotel or the customer service, would definitely return.

The property was really nice and warm to sleep in. The breakfast had different varieties to choose from but we didn’t know if the meat was halal or not so we skipped that. The only thing that I didn’t like is we checked in at 6pm and had to check at 12pm where we felt rushed. Would be good if they changed to bit later.
