There are several off and on street parking spaces available all around the development. There is a pay and display car park 30m from the development, where it costs est. ÂŁ25.00 daily to park. The full address of this car park is as follows: NCP, Sackville St, Manchester M1 3LY. You will never be stuck for a place to park your car(s). Alternative, longer-term parking at a more preferable rate may be arranged for you upon enquiry.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 4th floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.
