Excellent family accommodation

A great house for a large family group. The listing needs correcting because there are four bedrooms (not three) - two kings (correctly described), one queen and one queen with a single above in a bunk arrangement (not two singles). A photo of the fourth bedroom would be helpful in the listing. The cleaning needs some improvement although our first impressions were that it was clean we then found a vape under the sofa cushion, and when retrieving a child's toy we moved the sofa and discovered bits and pieces under there. There were hairs on the mantlepiece and also in one of the bedrooms. Overall though the space is great and worked very well for us. We would suggest removing the black stool in the dining area which is broken and sorting out the items on the patio - the garden chairs need updating and there are various items propped up there that need removing. The garden is lovely and sunny and a picnic blanket would be a useful addition plus some usable chairs. I hope these comments/suggestions are helpful. We had a lovely time here and would highly recommend this spacious house - we would book again.

Property was in need of TLC. There was a musty smell every time we entered the property even though we had windows open whilst we were at home. Bedroom sleeping arrangements were not as advertised online, a double bed had a bunk bed over not suitable for 2 adults. The dishwasher was inadequate for number of people staying; dining chairs for 6; lounge chairs for 5; we were unable to enjoy the garden properly as there were no suitable garden chairs.

Old Trafford Gem

The reason we booked this place specifically was to be close to Old Trafford for a match. We didn’t anticipate how well situated the home would be. It was across from a huge park which our family thoroughly enjoyed, and close to a train and tram stop. The house itself was quiet, comfortable and spacious. We made a point of making dinner in one night just so we could enjoy the kitchen and dining area. The front yard and backyard were a really nice perk too! Beds were comfy, and everyone got their own bathroom! The communications with the management company was on point. They were able to accommodate a last minute request due to plans unexpectedly changing. We were so appreciative of their quick response. Would absolutely recommend to families or friends traveling together!
