The Space:

This lovely 1 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures throughout. There are large windows all along one side which fill the apartment with natural light. The open plan living space is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa and smart TV. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking). There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed made up with crisp hotel linen, as well as storage space for clothes. The modern bathroom features a spacious and powerful shower along with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.



Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the apartment.

Set in a quiet and safe area, with nearby shops and restaurants, this is the ideal base to make the most of the city. There are tram and bus stops 2 minutes from the property, taking you to other areas of the city within minutes. You are also just 5 minutes walk from both Old Trafford football and cricket stadiums.

There are tram and bus stops just 2 minutes from the apartment, meaning all areas of the city are within easy reach. There's also plenty of shops restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 3 people.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
