The staff were great from arrival to check out and the room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable and clean. A great selection of in room dining as well and the location is right near the Arndale shopping centre

Clean room, lovely toiletries and little touches in the room. The staff really stood out from check in to the restaurant, everyone had time to talk and make us feel special. We got engaged the day before and this was relayed to the restaurant and presented with Champagne and even in the Sterling Bar we were congratulated and given Champagne. The food in the Tender was fantastic as was the service, even the Chef visited our table. The team made our stay and we would definitely recommend and return!

Everything was just lovely, staff were very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Room was gorgeous with luxurious bedding and toiletries. Breakfast was superb, beautifully cooked & presented. Make it clear that the crisps and snacks are not there as gifts and are there as part of the mini bar. Very few other hotels at this price range would be charging for eating the crisps that are placed next to the coffee machine. I was charged on checkout.
