So many issues unfortunately. Bar staff never make eye contact to avoid having to serve you, silly rules for everything, a bit shabby, one of our rooms wasn’t ready until 7pm, all a bit late to be honest.

The room was in poor condition. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and for three nights the staff kept assuring me it would be fixed, but nothing was done. One of the spotlights was also out, and despite notifying them, they never replaced it. Overall, the hotel is definitely not worth it.

The lighting in the room was so dim that I couldn’t see clearly to dry my hair. I assume this was to hide the stains on the carpet. The ‘spa’ pool was tiny with hardly any space for relaxing. The room itself was nice apart from these issues and the bed was very comfortable.

Nice but loud morning disturbances

Beautiful building and excellent room , very comfortable bed but you can hear the trams very loud which caused a early wake up alarm , very slow on the desk too when trying to retrieve our bags it took about 15 minutes of waiting
