Have the best of both worlds. Newly renovated 1100sf apartment offers a quiet peaceful retreat in the heart of Mandeville but only an hour drive to the bustling French Quarter!

Two queen bedroom cottage with a full kitchen is perfect for a weekend get away. Located close to the Tammany Trace, we offer two dedicated mountain bikes to renters to explore the beautiful northshore. We are located 10 blocks from the shore of Lake Pontchartrain. Complimentary coffee service.

Explore Fountainbleu State Park, enjoy the fabulous restaurants and bars in Old Mandeville, or listen to live music at nearby Rubies Roadhouse (Friday and Saturday nights only). Guests will also enjoy the peace and quiet of the property.

We have two friendly labradors on the property. They are fenced separately and won't be in direct contact, but they are on site.

Our private fenced in yard has a plunge pool which is approximately 8’ circumstance and 2’ deep. It is for the property owners private use only. We want any parent visitor with young children to understand that this small pool is on the property. Guests can access this private yard by using the emergency exit in the kitchen, so please be aware. This pool is not for guests use.

Quiet little retreat

This cottage was a nice, quiet respite to come back to after a long day of visiting family and towns nearby. It provided everything I needed, and the bed was super comfy! It is close to shops and restaurants by the lake. Book this place!!!

Perfect Getaway

This cottage was the perfect getaway for my wife and I. We had plans in New Orleans, but didn't want to stay in the city. Mandeville is an easy drive to and from New Orleans. The cottage itself was super cute and clean, and has all the things needed for a weekend stay. The hosts were extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating!

Cute casita in a great location

This casita sits directly behind the owner's primary residence. It has two bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. The beds are comfortable. One room has a smart TV, the other doesn't have a TV. The property is clean. The sofa is comfortable but small. The two extra chairs in the living area are not comfortable for lounging. It would be nice if there was comfortable seating for the whole family in the living area. The bathroom sink needs to be unclogged because it is slow to drain. Also, the shelf above the sink tilts when anything remotely heavy sits on it. Since there isn't much space in the bathroom, it would be nice if the shelf could hold toiletries. There was a generator or something that came on for a couple of minutes on Thurs, very early in the AM. It woke me up. I wish the timing were set so it wouldn't come on so early. Other than those very minor issues, the casita was great. The check-in process and communications with the owner were seamless. The casita is located close to the lakefront with easy access to interstate. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. This was our second stay here, and we would stay here again.

Cozy Cottage

Beautiful little Cottage in a convenient quiet setting. Very close to restaurants and entertainment. Owner was very responsive. Cottage had everything we needed. My wife and I stayed here and made a trip to New Orleans to visit the WWII Museum, which is a must see (2 day trip easily). I would definitely recommend this location, and I would stay again if we are in the area.

Perfect Guest House for our stay

We enjoyed our stay. We just needed somewhere to wind down after our long days at our summer camp at Fountain Bleu State Park. The house was in good proximity and Rebecca was a great communicator.

Great experience!

We stayed at this precious cottage for a family wedding at The Greystone. The location was perfect and the amenities great. We had an infant with us so we didn’t want to stay in a traditional hotel, but have a “home away from home” for a sitter to watch the baby while we stayed close. It was a very comfortable stay! Lovely property and the beds were comfortable!
