Cleanliness is very good. However, AC unit in our room is noisy, and exhaust fan inside the toilet is not working. Is there an available parking space aside from that in front of the hotel--it its full, where can we park our car?

The facilities are basic but clean, what stands out most is the staff and the service. We chose this hotel as we needed to be close to the hospital (NKTI). The location is perfect. The staff were exceptional as they were kind, accommodating and very respectful.
