We checked in with a newborn baby because of unforeseen circumstances at the condo we’re staying at. Since summit magnolia was the nearest and most reasonable rate we decided to book there, upon settling in we saw a big cockroach run from under the couch. We tried to kill it but it ran under the bed. When i told reception they didn’t seem to know what to do, especially since i told them bug spray is not an option since we have a newborn. She said she’ll have housekeeping check. When housekeeping finally arrived he said he’ll come back with bug spray which i again told him we have an infant. I suggested that we change our room. They gave us a handicap room where the bathroom floods when you shower. Also when i wanted to use the kettle, there was a disgusting looking residue on the spout. Cleanliness in this hotel is not priority

Stayed for a night, first impression of the room is great until I realized the bathroom toiletries was not refilled. Hand soap was very little. Yellow stain on the bedding. That night I have seen 3 small cockroach. The staff were great from reception to concierge.

Have visited this same Hotel Summit Magnolia thru Expedia; place is dirty, washroom smells like drain, washroom tiles and under garbage dirty; doesn’t smell clean; love seat covers butt stains from previous users; free breakfast cold, reason party server lights to heat food not available; room walls run down; sound proofing very poor; hotel very busy with weddings; heavy traffic with all sorts of guests; positive location access to shopping, restaurants, transportation. Otherwise Hotel accommodation is very poor; Lobby looks great; room very ran down.
