I stayed here to attend an event at the skydome. The hotel is excellent for this but ask the staff for directions. I failed to do this and spent a long time looking for it. In fact its just a short distance through level 2 of the shopping centre. There is no need to descend to the chaos of street level. If you wanted to spend time shopping the location is paradise. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room clean and well provided with kettle, iron and ironing board. The bed comfortable with pristine cotyon sheets. The breakfast offers a wide choice of food amd should cater for any tastes.

I especially liked the sustainable practice in their housekeeping where they no longer provide small bottled toiletries and they provided water dispensers in each floor to allow guests to refill water bottles and reduce chances of purchasing bottled water and reduce plastic waste. .

Staff were really good especially Caily, Queen, Elaine and Lenard. They went out of their way to make mum and her sisters as comfortable as possible during their stay. Downside is that we booked for room with 2 beds but were provided with room with one,I understand that’s what was available for early check-in but it would have been better if bed configuration was changed or they were moved to another room once available. Also not happy that you had to pay extra for use of cutlery.

Incredibly happy and satisfied with our stay at Park Inn for 2 weeks! Darrel was very accommodating and took care of our concerns right away, he’s excellent work ethic and extremely nice! Ron Reyes worked above and beyond his job, very courteous and smiles all the time. His warm presence makes our day better and I’ve extended my 5 days to a full 2 weeks because of my very positive experience with the hotel staff, they are people friendly and serve us with absolute joy. I highly recommend this place and will surely stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful service!

The place is nice but on the ninth floor when you get out of the elevator, there’s a very very bad smell. It looks like something spilled in the carpet and they never cleaned it. Very soiled smell. Nice facility, but the gym is too small.
